It's made from White Wax Wood. I have made quite a few of these and had people buy them right out of my hand.

Those aren't inlays. It looks like he cut into the wood with a half round file.

Thanks for noticeing. I did it all with a dremmel and a blade. Then poly over a few times. Took forever.
