I just noticed something and didn't know if it was normal but looking at the side where the clip is located on and looking in between the gaps of the titantium frame, I can see slightly the bottom of the small orange washer.

Didn't know if this is normal because the washer should not moved since it is sitting on a groove and lock in by the screw.

I did take the screws out enough to take the lanyard pin off and in the process I don't know if I shifted the washer or not.

Thanks in advance,

Huan

You can see the washers on both sides if you look. They are not in a groove, however, and are held in place by the bushing.

This is what I believe he was talking about. The groove ( lock ) cut through the titanium on the frame lock. You can see the small washer on the lock side and the large washer on the non-lock slab side.

Rick,
Thanks, its on the close-up setting ( flower). Its a Cannon PowerShot SD630 Digital Elph Its only 6.0 mega Pixles, but I think it does a great job. My mom's boyfriend gave it to me as he got a better one and handed this one down to me.......Tom

I have a Cannon 20-D that about 4 years ago cost me $2000.00 with the extra's. I just got 24 to 70 L-Series lens for it that retails for about $1600.00 and your close ups are way better than mine. I have a flower setting also, Im going to try it, Thanks.......... Rick

Rick,
I have had this one for several years as well, I know he did not pay near that much for it. This one is smaller than my I-Phone, so you can see thats it pretty small. I did not know what half of the settings were as I was trying to get close-up pics for knives I was putting up for sale, then I had to break down and read the manual. I put it on the "flower" setting and you can see how nice and crisp the pics are; you can even see the pocket fuzz in the lock.....lol. The trick is to get good lighting and to try and keep your hands still. I was just sitting in the living room when I read the post about the washers, I took my sebenza from my pocket, grabbed my camera sitting beside me on the end table and just held the knife with one hand and the camera with the other and took the pics..........goes to show you dont need an expensive studio for taking nice pics.........lol. For taking close-up pics of Chris Reeve Knives, it works excellent.....Tom

...but with an SLR, you... can get a macro lens that an Elph couldn't touch. :)
