eyeeatingfish - yes, sth like that :)
thanks gus for a kind words
belt loop is attached on the 2 screws and you can take it of or ask me to do another in any configuration- left/right handed, cross draw, vertical, whatever
knife is hold in like in kydex, i think it coul be wor even up side down..
you need to pull it rapidly and strong or use uoure thumb to take knife out of the sheath,
but to put it knife in to sheth you need use much less force,
it is so because interior is constructed like funnel or one way trap, knife easy gets in but to pull it off it requires much more force
sorry for my poor english

Looks very nice. Do you have to heat treat it or is the metal already strong enough? I am just wondering if thats somewhere i could start out simple.
If its a springy metal it should be pretty tough then right?

its heattreated differentialy
forged (then it's softened) and then annealed and hardened only at the edge
go to knifemakers section and you'll find all the answers
you can ask there about everything but please use search button first

Like all 3 knives in that group photo, especially the stag handled one! Are all 3 knives for sale? Do you take orders? Tried to email you, but a message popped up stating that you do not accept email. Your sheaths look good too..

talon158 try ciulkwens <> poczta.onet.pl

you must knov that I'm a part time maker and now don't have my own shop so you'll need to wate a bit for new order,
also I do mostly stock removal blades like this other two on the last photo,
all three are already sold, but I'm wateing for a bath of a few blades comeing back from HT so maybe one of them could be in youre size

any way, thanks for a kind words guys, glad to here that you like it :D
about my sheaths- meny people likes it so much that they ask me to to now sheath for other makers knives
