I was just watching "Good Eats" with Alto Brown, and when he was in a supermarket talking about leeks. He used what appeared to be a kershaw leek to cut one open while he was talking. I know Alton Brown is involved in the promos for the Shun Knives, but it's neat to see him using some of the rest of the lineup.

In one episode of "Feasting on Asphalt", he used a ZT to take a slice of something (sweet potato pie?) and stick it in his mouth. He then looked at the camera and said "Don't try this at home."

The best episode on Shuns came on the other day. Had already seen it, but watched it anyway.
He shows you how to pick out the correct knife and actually use it the correct way.
