I know you will bring some to the Seminar at the end of the month. Just goes to show warped minds think alike-very nice.

I have but two things to say:

When?

and

How much?:D

Geezus Mick, y'all knocked it out of the park on that one...fxckin' SWEET!!!

Some kind of PC knife made for non-lethal "bladeslapping" :D

Just kidding, interesting design.

Eh?

"Hardcore paddel for hardcore individuals"
Is this a new venue for you Strider guys? ;)

(We Swedes are getting somewhat dizzy by now, it's 0249 here in Sweden..beer is good)

Beautiful. That's one heavy duty knife! I've got a very un-PC drawing of it in the works. What are the specs?

That thing rocks. Looks nice and definitely un-pc. Keep up that sweet work man.

Mick--

Is this going to be a "Mick Strider Custom", or will it become one of the established line? And do you have a price and release date yet for this beast?
Shxt, sign me up regardless...:D

See ya at the seminar

I like it!

I would love to see a true double edge version. By this I mean that the thickest portion of the blade would run down the center of the knife. Not just a sharpened top edge of the same knife. Just a thought.

I know it's unconventional looking, but our intention was to design a tool based on its' intended purposes and aesthetics be damned!:D The flaring point causes a massive wound channel more similar to a gladius or assegai than a typical fighting knife. This sort of gives you "three stabs for every one". The slight recurve enhances effectiveness of a draw-cut and chopping (for basha-building and Yakuza disciplinary rituals), but the extra wide hilt counterbalances it for quick recovery and adds strength in this critical area.It also has an inordinate amount of useable (i.e. sharp) surface for its overall length. Its initial audience is Sniper, Recon, SEAL and SERE. And yes, you can cook flapjacks on the end of it, but only the dollar sized ones.

Mike

I take it from your comments about the blade design that making it double edge would be redundant. You would know best. I use my knives to cut tape.

I really like this knife and having read your comments only heightens my interest. I hope to read more about this knife, it's performance while in use and over all impressions form those users.

Good Job guys. I spent the weekend clearing a spot on my LBE for it. I am really looking forward to seeing you guys at the Oct. Seminar. Thanks for the explanation Mike, it just builds up the anticipation.
