Here's one Iam working on for Blade, front slab drilled and tapped from the back so no screws show on the front slab, same thing on my handcarved clip.Knife specs, 4.5 inch blade of Devin Thomas SS Basket Weave damascus, .160 thick Ti handle slabs. Will probably get some Fizz before Blade too.Sheck it out.
Thanks
Matt

Very neat, clean design. Love that clip - it looks like liquid metal.

Damn that's nice. Walking Man might say that there's too much coments and not enough constructive criticizm, but I can't think of anthing bad to say. That's some wild damascas. Amazing what they can do these days.

At first I thought the belly was too big for the overall look of the knife when compared to the handle. After looking at it for a minute that thing flows beautifully :)

Clip looks great. I also love the way the damascus contrasts the Ti handle color.

Man that clip is nice.

W/regard to the large belly, I absolutely love knives with huge bellies like that! Great slicers and gorgeous to boot. What more could you ask for?

Beautiful knife. I too like the clip very much. It looks like it would be heck of a cutter given the dimensions/design of the blade.

That's the right blade for the job, whatever the job may be.
the clip is just gorgeous.
The mosaic damascus is a good, high-contrast 2-tone
and the style is amazing.

You're the man.

Matt, that is absolutely gorgeous! I think it's your best one yet. Keep 'em coming!

Where are those double thumbs up icons ??! Those pics really got me. I am still scratching my head how you did the handle. Don't know much about folders... That Ti handle and clip really reminds me of some sort of sci-fi creature - all slick and smooth with curves ... Jason.

Beautiful beautiful knife, only one question, How strong is that clip? it looks great but is it strong enough to hold that knife in place ? I'd hate to lose it.

Wow! Do one like that with a spearpoint or a wharncliffe (yes!) and I'll take it! NICE JOB! :D

(and anyone who says there's not enough criticism around here - :p :p :p to you! :) Give me something to criticise - and I'll CRITICISE! And I can give references as to my ability in that area. But it won't happen with THIS knife. Even though the blade really does have TOO much belly for my tastes. There - criticism. Satisfied? :D )

Thanks again guys! Jason, the front handle slab has holes drilled and tapped 2/56 on the back side of it with some trick threaded standoff's, everything screws in from the back side.

The clip is very strong and secure, holds better than a standard stamped steel clip. The real trick here is to make the clip with enough flex so its not too strong, too hard to get in and out. They work well when there done.

Always open to criticism, good or bad :D

Thanks!
Matt
