Well, something new to me anyway. I saw this come up on the for sale boards the other day and couldn't pass it up. I didn't have a SH SH and I've been looking for one.
I knew it was a older SH SH and I was looking forward to the Rowe Sheath, but when I opened up the package there was something I wasn't expecting. 5/16" A very nice surprise.

You can't see them in the pic very well but it has been used, however, not extensively. Looking forward to playing with this baby. ;):D

Hello all,
I don't post too much here, but I just had to let you all know. I saw that knife and sheath today right after Eric took possession. The pics don't do it justice. The knife is typical Busse tough and the sheath is the absolute coolest leather sheath I have ever seen. It's the first sheath I have seen that would make prefer leather to kydex. together they are a really great combo.

Right on about the sheath Lewis!:D
Kenny's leather work is awesome! I've got the same rig with the pin lock for my SHE. I've also got a straight drop version of the 3way for my BME and I don't think there's a better way to house the larger Busses.

Lewis,
Glad you stopped by to comment on this one.

I agree about this sheath, I knew Kenny's stuff was good but this thing is much nicer than I had expected.

I think I will be sending the Flying Tiger to him to get something made for it. :D:D

Oh yeah, the flying tiger is screaming for a Rowe sheath! That FT is one mean knife.

Great find! There can't be that many 5/16" SH's out there. I've only heard of about three I think. Are those screws or solid bolts in the handle? I guess it's probably A2, do you know?

This is a truly rare part of the SH's great lineage, as I'm sure you know :D .

Big News!!!!
So, I take this to the show to have Jerry take a look and as soon as I pull it out, he says "oh yeah, thats INFI"
I say "Well, I'm not disappointed to hear that" ;):D

So first I didn't know it was a 5/16" SH I was getting now it turns out to be INFI. I love it. :D:D

Eric, if you ever feel overwhelmed from so much good news on this knife, I'm here to help ya buddy. Just send it over to me and I'll hold on to it until you recover :D

5/16" and INFI, good lord did you ever find a diamond in the rock!! :)
