i dont really want to wear a back pack or a fanny pack and it is always hot here is florida i was wondering if there was anything i didnt know about that could wear that is not hot besides shorts i highley doubt there is but just wondering
 
Take a look at maxpedition micro or mini pocket organizer. Both are small enough to fir in a cargo pocket and can hold quite a bit of stuff for the size.
 
tactical girlfriend load organizer. They come standard with small pockets, purses, and hands...start filling them up with your gear.

I really like the 5.11 Pro Lite pants and shorts. They're super light, dry very quickly and still look like new after a bazzilion wash cycles. Even the pants are comfortable to wear in N Florida? They're loaded with pockets and even have a dedicated knife pocket, although I use the cell-phone pocket for my knives.
