Although my thoughts and prayers remain with the country and those directly affected by the horrific cowardly acts yesterday, I had a delivery from the Brown Truck(not a very Joyfully day though). I thought I would show you what I have recently received.
The BM I got in a trade(thanks Bob):D
The SJ CJ is a great knife that might soon become my favorite. The ZT NO is much lighter than I had expected, not sure what lies in its future, use it or put it away. :D;)

Here is the SJ with its sheath, I know there has been some discussion about the sheath so I thought I would show you a pic.

Eric,
Cool pics, the Satin Jacks are nice, aren't they. The BM was
a nice find!!!! The ZT NO also looks very nice. I'm glad they
brought you a little happiness in this time of sorrow.

All you guys with your CG/SJs are really getting to me.

When the heck will I get mine???:(

Thanks Chip and SkagSig ;):D

Nimrod,
All I can say is once you receive yours you will forget all about the wait you endured and realize that this is one of the greatest knives you have ever handled :D

Eric,
I just came off of a post that had me weeping in shame for some Americans who have little regard for what has happened in the last two days.
Your post was the next down the line and is very uplifting in that we can continue and still enjoy.
I love your SJ. I do not have any Busse knives at present ("Strider, Snody, & MT rule has been my motto) but after seeing your SJ, well...ok...how much, and how soon can you ship it to me:)
I do not want to wait, surely you could charge me just a wee bit more and order another for yourself? I mean, this is for an Asian Knife Knut who would show it to all other Asian Knife Knuts specifically mentioning your name as the "great white one". :)

No? Ah well, didn't think that would slide by. Love your pics though and really do want it.
Rad

Rad,
I think I will keep this little baby for a while ;) The more I handle it the more I like it, it is the perfect size and fits my hand perfectly, an all around great addition to the Busse Line. This one will stay at my side for quite some time. Thanks for the offer though ;):D

Hi Rad,

Check with Andre Dumochel about getting a Satin Jack. He may have one on hand. Otherwise, you could call the Busse shop, but I'd expect a wait going that route.

Andre's email is papathud@earthlink.net

Yours in nuclear Satin Jack hunting,
Greg

Eric - Thanks for the pics! It's always helpful to those of us that have not handled many of the Busses to see a comparison of the Models side-by-side.

I assume that the BM in the pic is an older one, is that right?

That ZT NO is VERY nice!!! I may have to find someone that bought an extra and see if they're willing to part with it. :)

Hillbillenigma,
Yes you are right the BM is an old Straight Handled model. If you can find someone selling a ZT NO I would jump on it, very nice lightweight knife.

Marion David Poff,
Yes the Satin Jack does have an uncoated spine. I believe all knives coming out of the shop now have the uncoated spine. (except the AS)
