So last night I'm showing Nok the responses she got on her swords and Bowie's here. I continue working on the computer and she takes off to her work shop. She comes back a while later with this she made up and tells me if I'm going to post on an FMA site I should show them an FMA style blade. LOL She's funny like that.
This blade is 27" long

That is very nice!
Thanks, Terry

I tried Nok's website but it didn't have this trainer or other trainer's you've shown on it. Was this and the others custom models? How much do the custom models usually run?

These are all custom blades Nok does allot of blades for knifers to match their everyday carry. Hard to quote you prices as it depends on the work, size, and detail, they want in each blade. This is worked out thru email with Nok before she starts the blades usually they will send Nok a picture or drawing with the dimensions they need and Nok will quote them a price . Here's some pics of customs she has done of EDCs.

For example, how much was the gunting training sword that you showed at the beginning of the post?

Okay , I'm totally retarded . So now that I've admitted this , you won't have ask WTF ! lol

What do you use the wooden trainers for ? I assume that you don't use them for contact drills because of their acute points and thin edges . There are aluminum trainers of similiar weight and size to most of the blade being made , so why wooden copies ?

This isn't a flame , just a honest question on my part.

Thanks
