Something wrong with the email server?

Hi guys,

For the start, I'm from Taiwan, and I normally place my orders through Lexi, and I'm very grateful for her help.

But for the past week, I noticed there might be something wrong with Busse Combat's email server, because Lexi are replying my emails that were sent 3-5 days prior, therefore it might cause a bit of misunderstanding.

Because when I finally received Lexi's reply, I've already sent her three emails during the 3-5 day time lapse. So she might think that I kept sending the same email to her, while she already answered me! And my order sent to her will be late 3-5 days too.

Being a foreigner, I can't reach her except email. I tried sending her a private message here, and I hope somebody can see this thread and pass it to her.

And I wonder if there are others that feel the email system is malfunctioning too. If so, please share your thoughts, thank you.
 
I had an email exchange with Lexi earlier in the week and it seems to be happening in "real time".
 
Maybe she didn't see that you had sent additional emails when she responded to your first one.

Try giving the shop a call. Lexi and everyone else there is super nice.

Well, she did replied to me three different times with each email I sent, each with 3-5 days of time lapse. That's why I think there's a problem in the email server, not because she is too busy or there are too many emails, which I'm fine with that.

International telephone is not really a choice to me, but thank you for your advice.
 
If you email through the site, as opposed to directly, it says they will get back to you within 2-3 days. At least the Swamp Rat site. I've emailed Lexi direct before, and it usually took about 24 hours for her to get back to me. Sometimes longer. I think she stays pretty busy, so I doubt it is an email server problem. More like time of day, different time zones, things like that.
 
I sent her an email last Saturday, and she responded yesterday, Friday. So it's not just you.
 
She is just one woman going through hundreds if not thousands of emails each week... keep that in mind along with patience being a virtue. We could still be interacting via snail-mail, but thankfully we don't have to. ;)
 
Great, so it's not just me.

BTW I'm not complaining at all, I'm just worried that she will think I'm an annoying customer, who keeps asking the same question, when she already answered me!

Anyway, she has replied nearly all the emails now, so it's not a problem anymore, and thanks everbody for the help.
