Sometimes can't reply

Sometimes the reply area is blue and I can't type.
Seems to be random.
If I refresh its OK.

This started about two days ago.
It is supposed to be Bing but Net Assist is taking over.
If its on my end I'll try to figure it out, things are a little
messed up since the kids got on my computer.
I just wanted to rule out the problem being on BF.

Some folks have reported problems, but I'm not sure it would be consistently across the board.
Some things to try:
Clear the browser cookies/history
Ty a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc)
Log out, log back in.
