I went back to work a couple of weeks ago after 10 weeks off for foot surgery. The Doctor told me to carry the aircast boot for the first couple of weeks. So I put it in a day pack and moved everything out of my EDC bag into the pack . So today I pulled everything out of the pack that was originally in my bag . I everything got looked at to determine if I really need to carry it several things didn't go back in . I simplified my snacks I am type 2 diabetic and need to carry something to eat if my glucose levels go down . I checked and restocked a couple of things in my FAK . I ordered a small molle pouch to move hand sanitizer, wipes and Kleenex to the outside of the bag.
Sometimes you have to reassess what you carry
