Hi Folks, well I finished this one and my cat just loves it. Sophie really likes popcorn stag and nice feather damascus some knives get a name and I call this one Lil' Bad. The blade is 8-1/4 OAL 13" this knife needs to be held to really enjoy so please come by my table at blade 13 R to get your hand on it and some of my other goods. the feather is going the wrong way on this one sorry about that. I look forward to seeing you all safe travels and remember the best way to start your Blade Show is at the CKCA banquet.

Dave,

That's a beauty, with a bunch of neat details. And the feather's going the RIGHT way..(IMO)

Really like the dark colour pallet, not to mention the quality workmanship. Big bowies are great, but I more often than not prefer this size knife over the larger versions. Killer piece Dave.

I'd say Sophie has great taste. This knife is beautiful. great materials and workmanship. Can't wait to see it at Blade.

man, all your knives are just amazing, but incredibly they just keep getting better.

Thanks guys. John I was just kidding feathers look great whether they have northerly or southernly attitude

Awesome knife......... one way to skin a cat:eek: C'mon, someone had to say it!:D
Sophie's ear looks mighty close to the edge there!

Very nice. The stag and damascus are both great. And I prefer the feather the way you did it, with the centerline finishing at the point.

Dave

another beauty....gee, this is becoming a habit :D

you may have a future in this knife business after all....:p

Another HIT there Dave. Cliff and I decided to rename the backwards feather to an Evergreen Pattern, like the pine tree:rolleyes: Still looks great.

Very nice Dave. A really well executed feather pattern in how the feather center line follows the blade center line from ricasso to tip.:thumbup::thumbup:

Wrong Way?? Nah, just remember that "whether the chicken crossed the road or the road crossed the chicken all depends on your point of reference":) From where I'm sittin', everything about it looks great!
