I have not forgot about you though, I will make it a point before the season ends to find you a fox squirrel or two, if you want a regular ole grey squirrel let me know.

Oh you are so lucky you mentioned "Rusty butt" is not you.

Nah If you can scare up a foxsquirrel go for it. I see the occasional grey hit by a car up here. As I am not sure if they can be used its better I give it a pass. Is the fox variety that much bigger or is there skin a little tougher?

They are not quite twice as big and if the skin was any tougher it would be bullet proof. Chris

Yes it is a double barrel 20 bore muzzle loading shotgun, I really enjoy hunting with black powder arms, slows me down and prolongs my time in the woods. Chris

Muzzle loader? Can you hunt deer in black powder season with it?

Yes, with a roundball no buckshot, at 50yds I can keep all my shots in about a 3 to 4" group. Certainly not rifle accuracy but plenty good for brush busting hogs and deer and a .62 caliber ball makes quite a hole.
