Well, I just ordered a bunch more sheath supplies (including some leather for a kydex/leather combo idea I have), but here is a little something I made from some of my last kydex:

I really like this little sheath. It can be worn horizontal, vertical (slightly tipped forward), and canted at about 40' up from horizontal. It's very comfortable. The fit and lock-up is great too. I will probably make an IWB loop for it as well.
