There you go, I went to look for some jurisdiction and found an extract of a verdict! Concerning an opinel knive that is concidered as a dagger. In this case the opinel was used by a hooligan what is also the reason why it is beeing seen as a weapon and not as a utility.
Like I said earlier check out www.weapons.be I will place the extract of the verdict there! If that is ok?
The only thing I know about the Belgian Law is that it is UNCLEAR, and everyone interpret the law as he wants to!
