A while back I wrote a piece thinking Swamp rat was one of the Busse spin offs. I regret this and made a mistake. I wrote to Eric saying the same . I wish I could say I was drunk or doing some smoke but I do not do those things so it was just an error by me. I do like Busse knives but once burned !
So as I am an getting older ( 65) I miss a word here and there but I know where a large bull elk is in Idaho and my 338-06 will not miss him. I will go to see my friend who I was in Recon with and we will say things about our tours and do a bit of hunting. I promised Eric I would buy a knife.

Glad to see you posting. We do have a connection with Busse, however, we are a separate Company and therefore we do things somewhat differently.

Many of the things you stated in your earlier post were in reference to Busse Combat and they have changed many things recently as well. For example they now have a Company Store that is run out of Idaho, and only sells items that will ship immediately. I know that one of your complaints was the waiting time, because of the Company Store waiting times are now done to days on some available models.

I am glad to see you come back and post and we are a very easy group to get along with. I hope you stick around

BTW, no need to buy a knife unless you want one. There are no hard feelings here.

I just bought one. What can I say. I wanted to need it. :D
