Decided to strip and hand smooth the handle on my cerakote SoS after realizing that it had black and tan g10 scales under the coating.
Turned out to be quite the process, lots of sanding and file work. Had to sand so much that I decided to round off the top edge and put a swedge on it as well.
Went ahead and put a mustard patina on it since it is sr101 and that will help prevent rust a little. Plus it looks cool.
15 minutes later.
Now I'm starting a sheath and then I will have an edc that doesn't frighten the common folk when I go to town...
