SOS-MSe and others relative size comparisons

I got a MSE LE and the SOS LE/INFI and both in tan micarta - when I pulled the SOS out of package, and saw the handle, I though I had gotten another MSELE for a second, then I looked closer....There may be some variations in slab thickness, although mine look exactly the same, notice the difference in the handle profile - the "swells" are basically the same, although obviously different contours/handle shape/length.

If the MSe handle was straight, probably the same length...

Wanted to get my Trail Scalpel in there, and I cannot find the little booger! Clearly this means I need to get rid of all my knives.

Nice pics Cam!!
Always wondered how the MS, MrS, AMS and CABS compared!!
Thank you!

Great pic comparison. I'll take the second from the right please. :)

I say we go to Cam's house for steak dinner. Except I'll eat with the Culti that isn't shown.

Great pics Cam, since were choosing I will take the last one on the right-the Grudge! Longer blade for all field work, but with the large Choil, just right for field dressing-Thanks again

Thanks for this. It's surprisingly hard to find relative size pictures of many Busses, or even pics of the knives in hand.

Great reference pics, thanks.

Have a BG AMS I really like and have been trying to decide whether or not I need an MSE. Now I'm thinking I'd really like the SOS, for some reason I thought they were smaller. Looks like a great blade.

You're right. Some comparison photos show up from time to time, but not often.

I had a similar experience when I received a Boss Street years ago - I thought at the time something like "I didn't know they are that big". The point being, comparison photos really help put things in perspective.
