AFAIK they were sold with an agreement that they were not to be re-sold, ever, and that no pictures were supposed to be posted, ever, so if there is one up for sale someone broke an agreement.

overrun as long as those condidtions were met.

All in all...Kudos on the design Jerry. Thats a nasty fighter style knife. People suck though...

The simple version is that it was the original verbal contract between Jerry and those who bought the few available. The deal was no pix posted publicly, and all sales must be approved by Jerry first, these being mainly HOG to HOG transfers.
