An Extremely Rare BLADE Show Exclusive For The Serious INFI Hog . . ."SOUL-1"

SOUL-1 - I have a small military overrun (31 pieces of a special knife called the "SOUL-1") that does not exist. I cannot show pics of the piece nor is anyone who buys one allowed to show pics or have pics taken. If I sell one of these to you, you cannot resell it. Sorry for all of the rules boys, but I'm not callin' all of the shots on this one. I can only show you this piece in person and I can only sell it to you if I know you personally. Because of the rules on re-selling and not showing it in public, I have priced these reasonably low.

See me at the show and when you shake my hand say the code words. . . "I want to buy a Soul ... and I have beer!"

Yours in Nuclear Soul Selling,

Jerry

.........

I am not one of the big boys, just barely a little piglet, but my advise to lowlux who seems to be struggling to understand the world of Busse and Swamprat is to curl up with your computer and a case of beer (or maybe coffee would be better) and read the last few years of posts here and over at Swamprat.
They just have a different way of doing things (and they can do whatever they want as long as they keep making the best knives known to human history).

:D :D

The rules?

No pictures of these knives allowed in any public area ever (already broken once much to our dismay).

No selling it, you take it to your grave (also broken once, same situation).

I am sure I missed one, but the idea is if you bought one, you keep it to yourself for all times. Also I think one of the orders was that the owners not openly identify themselves as well, but I am not sure.

As for who made these rules, I will leave up to Jerry to explain if he feels so inclined. Let me just say that it is public knowledge (as per this forum) that Jerry fills orders for special blades from many government organizations who like to maintain a decorum of secrecy in all things they are involved in.

Well said Runner and Gunner (hehheh, poet:o )
but, I would add and suggest that lowlux be a little more low key in his inquiries of the traditions of this community. Rolling ones eyes denotes a scoffing notion, which is not cool. :grumpy:

If your curious just ask, Dr Thor is a good example of a new person to Busse immersing himself in the pool. :D But he did it in a way that wasnt abrasive. Lowlux, you've started on a low note, its not hard to lift out of that very quickly. Its hard to offend this group, but easy to become a "watched personality".

These are exciting times in the Swamp and here at Busse Combat! things are rockin and rollin, new stuff is flying out the door, and new things are on the horizon. Get them knickers untwisted and join in the fun! :p

Only Jerry knows and my bet is that you aren't going to get it out of him. My advice is not to obsess about the SOUL 1, SOUL 2 or SOUL 2HOG. They are long gone and not for resale so why trouble yourself with them. I long gave them up as unattainable pieces since they are not to be resold and any Hog worth his word will not break that oath. Indeed, woe be to the Hog who breaks his word. May all other Hogs shun him!

Hypothetical situation..... Let's say I become an official HOG. Could I them make inquires to my fellow HOGs and buy one from them? Can HOGs sell to other HOGs?

I am betting it would not make Jerry too happy. If the Hogs who bought them keep their word, you will not even be able to inquire to find out who has one. That would make it hard to buy one, even under the table. I have thought of all the angles man, it is no use. If we missed out, then we missed out.

Lowlux, it is no big deal, don't worry about what you can't get, just worry about what you will miss out on when you are away from your computer..

That's true! You never know what kind of good stuff will come it. And it does come up. You really have to keep your eyes open.

This is the first time I have heard of these Souls, I guess they must be pretty special.

i just want to see it.... im sure they cost 5k or more.....

I like the way jerry put that. Honor and integrity are loosley thrown around words, but if the silence has not been broken about the description or anything about the folder or these Souls, I applaud those who have kept it. It takes alot to keep your mouth shut.

This is a very interesting post. I found info pertaining to this knife on badmojo.tv yesterday. I thought about posting a question first then I decided to do some searching on the bladeforums. Im glad I searched because what I came up with is that my questions would not have been answered. One day I may be trusted enough to acquire a knife like this but I think that maybe a long time in coming. Thats ok, there will be plenty of infi to collect till then.
