Source 4 annealed 5160 bar stock?

Anyone know where I can get annealed 1/4" 5160 flat stock? I live in a smallish town, with no spring makers in the area, so I'd like to find someone I can have ship me the stuff. Admiral doesn't offer annealed 5160, and it's a PITA for me to anneal it myself... an even bigger PITA to grind this stuff in it's semi-hard state.

Help! :)
 
Texas knifemakers carries 5160 in 1/4" X 1-3/4" stock, $8.95 a foot in their catalog. Doesn't say if its annealed or not, might want to shoot them an email.
 
Kelly Cupples sells some 5160, i am not sure if it is annealed, the price list i got had this:
5160 - 1/4 x 1 1/4.........( 12" in a lb ).....2.15
