I'm looking for a "cheaper" than the catalog price, yet still high quality source for knife blanks. I am not interested in them having holes or being heat treating. Do you have any ideas?

A little info would help.What style,what metal,profile only or bevels ground ?
I have profile blanks available in ATS-34 for about 20 styles.A lot of makers will profile a blank from your template ,in the metal of your choice, for a reasonable price.

Good questions-I would like to get profiled blanks, both hollow and flat ground. No hole drilled into them, not heat treated. Utility, drop point, bowie, skinner, and hunter styles would be interesting. All that I am trying to do is to start assembly of knifes while I practice grinding.

Do you want them profiled,or ground?Ground blades have the bevels ground in,either flat or hollow grind.Profiled are flat steel with the blade shape only.
