Source for Glow-in-the-Dark scale material

Where can we buy glow-in-the-dark scale material? Plastic or wood based would both work, but I want something that lasts, not some paint that you have to reapply every month.

Talk to Todd Combs (shadetreecomposites.com), he makes laminate with glow in the dark powder mixed in.

I used some of the blue burlap material. The blue powder is not as bright as the green, but it's still pretty cool.

It's not the cheapest handle material, but you do get exactly what you want. Todd's a great guy to work with.
