Source for Navy Seal type Subvocalizers?

Does anyone out there have information on the type of communication devices the Seals use while on their missions? I am especially interested in the microphones and earpieces they use. The microphones look like they are contained in a band that is worn around the neck. I am not sure what kind of earpieces they use. Info on prices and civilian availability as well as sources is appreciated.
