Source for replacement or aftermarket SP41 sheath?

I bought a practically unused SP41 from a pawn shop, and the sheath is in pretty rough shape. In the past, I'd found replacement sheaths from Knifecenter.com or elsewhere online, but I'm not finding anything for the SP41. I have no particular attachment to the factory sheath, but an exact replacement would serve my purposes. Otherwise, an aftermarket/custom (Kydex or otherwise) might be interesting. The blade shape and dimensions have ruled out using another Ontario knife's sheath.

Any suggestions?
