Source for Step Drill?

I'm looking for a step drill bit equivalent to the step drill #1 offered by Texas Knifemaker's Supply (5/32" pilot with 5/16" shoulder). TKS is sold out of this one and my search for other sources has so far turned up empty. Does anyone know where to find one?
