Sources on the use of the Two handed great sword?

Hi, I'm just curious, does anybody here recommend any particular titles or sources on the two handed great sword? I have a cousin who is getting into historical swordsmanship, and I am trying to get him a source or two as a gift with his birthday coming up and all. If it is a PDF source on-line, that is fine too. Any sources would be appreciated.
