Nice one Andy! I've never been to SA before. We're thinking about heading down to Port Lincoln sometime down the track to go great white shark diving.

I have good memories of Adelaide. Except for the audible pedestrian traffic signals drove me batty. Sometimes when I sleep I can still hear that noise. I may have PTSD from that.
Wine is excellent there! Thanks for posting the photos!

That last photo suggests Levi's 501 country. I've been told that sheep can here a zipper from kms away!

videl....being a good Kiwi and all I am sure you want the address of that Bordello....... ;)

Love it Andy,

Me and the missus drove trought SA and camped in some great national parks around Pt Lincoln on our way over to Karratha. Beautiful part of the world.

For some reason Adelaide makes me think of Snowtown. BJESUS!

Great shots as usual Andy. Man I wish we had Holdens here in America! Great cars.

My mate's hometown is about 3hrs north of Adelaide, at the base of the Flinders Ranges (and not to far from Snowtown !!). Last time I was in SA we were driving to the NT and came across from Broken Hill to Pt Augusta, I didn't get to see much of this country in the south then, it is pretty and well known for producing some great wines !!!! The North of SA is VERY different landscape, I will dig out a pic from there...

I dug out some pics I too a few years ago. Mrs Andy and I were on a six week drive from Sydney to the top of the Northern Territory and back, we initially went over through to the middle of SA and then NORTH...these were taken either in or just south of the Restricted Zone near Woomera.. :)

As you can see the landscape changes greatly from a couple of hours drive south..!!!

Nice pics Andy...there's something special about Adelaide for me....(hint: its my hometown)...and yes, as your pictures suggest, yesterday was a perfect day...have a good weekend.
