I am capable of fitting it myself and don't mind the extra width a gen sambar stag scale would add.
Would this undertaking be just too much

Wouldn't be a super bark-y scale, I'd go for 60% white in forming it.
Where could I buy such a scale? Would take a pair if I had to.
