Hey Everybody......

I will be at the Southern Bushcraft Shindig for most of tomorrow (Saturday).....I know this is short notice but I have been pitiful the last few days...and was not sure I would be able to make it.......It is near Benton, Tennessee, (six miles north on hwy 411) at the Gee Creek Campground on the Ocoee.....I just discovered the www.bushcraftusa.com site thru joezilla and hope to make some new friends on the morrow....

If you are in the hood drop by......Would love to see you........

Hat a greet time with everyone out there. Ash was talking baout just how nice everyone was on the way back. The rabbitstick class and compass course, salamander and crawfish hunts were a blast with the children. Hope to host one in NC soon!

A great gathering of good people for certain....Thank God Joezilla took pix as I left the camera in the car.........You guys would have skinned me if there were no pix.....These Bushcrafters are one intrepid lot......On friday afternoon it rained and hailed something awful .....Lots and lots in a short time....A toad strangler it was.....Nobody left....Intrepid.....

I had hoped to find a new friend but, I think I hit pay dirt in this crowd...Lots of good people and some of them are IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD....YEA !!!!!.....

Thanks to all of you for the warm welcome at warm fires on a chill and rainy day.....Guy, Tenncedar, Pine Baron, Cracker and Bill, Etc.....

It was a great time! Im really glad to have gotten to meet you in person finally! Im glad you are the same in person as you are here! It was an honor and a pleasure to meet you sir! Hope you can make it to the next one!
