Has anybody used the southern grind folders just wondering how people liked them thinking about getting one myself saw them for the first time at the blade show seemed like they are some good knives.

I haven't heard anything bad about them from owners and the one I handled had really, really good fit and finish. It was beautifully made and seems to fit all the proper criteria for a larger, light EDC. The only beef is the 14C Sandvik steel, its not great for that price, but its not a bad steel at all. This is assuming you are talking about the Bad Monkey.

I have a couple I'd let go if interested , not bad blades at all just too many and need to thin out some

He was at the show Saturday at least. Didn't see him there, but a friend hit him up for an autograph.

Yes I had my Emerson mini commander at the time and the knife I held there was lighter and bigger than my Emerson.

I have no complaints with my Bad Monkey, I even like the Sandvik. Mine was my primary edc for months after I got it, kicked everything else out of my pocket. I'm just now starting to carry other knives again. The price on the BM isn't bad when you consider that it's essentially built and finished by hand.

One of the top folders currently available. It was one of the few production folders I have that came with no flaws out of the box.
