Next week or the week after I'll be in Krakow (Poland) for a few weeks. Maybe I'll have some time off and I would like to buy me a little souvenir. Does anyone know if there are polish folders that are worthwile and where I could buy those?
I'll probably have a local guide to help me find my way around .
Suggestions are appreciated.

Polish knifemaker MarcinS (google 'MarcinS knives') comes to mind... but, I have no idea what his contact information is. I'm sure somebody does and will post.

By the way, I don't think there's a company in Poland that manufactures knives exclusively. You'll probably have a better chance of finding something at a flea-market (vintage German or Russian made, various styles of boy scouts knives). Some of the ones you might stumble on are:

I love Poland. Take lots of pics of the city and give us a report when you come back. Best thing is flea markets and resale shops.
