Soviet "artillery simulator projectiles"

No, but some rednecks down here tried that same thing withsome WP rounds, got arrested and one guy got hurt. It is hot down here and while messing around with it he found out the hard way that Willie Pete doesnt like moisture even if comes in the form of sweat.

Just reading this I found it hard to believe it was legal. But then again I have sat thru shows with various other Agents, watched them buy this stuff, then arrest them in the parking lot...and after the show arrest the seller as well. Be careful what you buy at shows.

I once had an investigation involving some white supremacist scumbags in Cali, We ended up busting them at a gunshow while they bagained for some under the table glocks.Sometimes my Job is really fun. That was one time.

Stay away from weird ammo and even all reloaded ammo -it can be dangerous to you and your gun !! I've heard many comments about reloaded ammo bought at gun shows that have destroyed guns !

Firequest used to advertise kits to make 'exploding shotgun shells". Not really practical for anything- good for mall ninjas.

Anyone remember the "incendiary" shotshells they were selling a few years ago? Dragon's Breath, or some such thing. I believe they were banned.

Dragons breath and various other types of exploding shotgun rounds were legal in Georgia in the 90's but not many other places. While living up there I tried out most of them. The dragon was very impressive at night shooting a large brief blast of flame about 30 feet. I could see why it was banned, definite fire hazard. The best ones were the "agricultural" bird bombs that exploded at about 100 yds. They were sold as a flocking deterrent and worked very well with a loud powerful report. Heck at one gun show a guy was even selling factory made and labeled cyanide smoke bombs for killing groundhogs! They looked ancient and were manufactured in PA. I definitely stayed away from them.
