SOW Variant question

What previous blade does that resemble the most? I think some folks in Jerry's thread referred to it as being similar to the SFNOs, but I don't see it--this has a curved edge and I thought all the SFNOs had straight edges.

The term "Variant" used by Jerry refers to a standard model which has gone through a variety of transformations to result in a knife that can sometimes be very different in appearance than whence it began

Take a SFNO and grind a little out of the belly and voila! Clip the point and BAAM!!! Toss in a full height grind and the Holy Crap meter will peak!!!

Shine her up, put some teeth on her, throw on some rosy red G10 or Buffalo horn, hollow grind the top side, toss in a band breaker, don't forget the bottle opener, the possibilities are endless!
