I remember lusting after one of these in the early 1990's but suffering from major shortage of funds. This is a Winchester sowbelly five blade stock knife with yellow bone handles with this example being a Knife World commemorative. Made by Queen (?). Despite the five blades, not overwhelmingly heavy and sits really nice in hand. Great snap still despite the twenty plus years. I have a hankering for the amber bone Rough Rider one now which can scored for $15.00 (!)

Sure is a purty knife for one named after a pig...

They're even purty after a coupla blades've gone missin'...

Tsarbomba....that Case is BEAUTIFUL! What do they call that bone?

Love me some sowbellies, and you've all posted some beauties, but I'm most impressed that you were able to post anything at all!

They're all Cases. :o From top to bottom, they are: Vintage bone, olive green bone (looks very Appaloosa-y to me ), and dark molasses barnboard bone.

Near as I can tell, the secret seems to be to eat the 520 error, refresh/open a new tab, and go back to the last page of the thread. Usually the post will appear. Not always, however. :grumpy:

Oh, and another symptom seems to be that a new post will no longer generate a new page. So once this thread gets to post #20, we'll be dead in the water until the problem is fixed.
