I tried doing a search on this but only found a few older threads and no real definitive answer.

Has anyone recently sent in a wood inlayed Sebenza for the spa treatment? If so, did CRK polish the scales and blade or just do the tune up and sharpening? Just curious and my apologies if I missed any information in a search.

Response I got about a year ago on my desert ironwood sebbie:

"There isn’t much we can do with the handles because of the wood inlays. We cannot polish the shiny titanium part but we can shine up the wood inlays. The blade can be re-polished however it looks like it has been sharpened quite a bit. You are welcome to send it in and we can take care of it for you. We will clean, tune and sharpen your knife for free as covered under your warranty. If there are additional needs or services we will determine the final cost at that time. Return shipping is $14 if you live in the USA."
