Spa seems to be getting even better lately

Let me start by saying I’ve always been a fan of CRK’s spa service. Their fairly liberal policies concerning warranty work, combined with the aesthetic stuff, has always left me quite happy, and feeling like my knife was pretty much good as new again. Recently though, I sent my OG OP ‘08 zaan in for spa, and I must say, I’m happier than ever with the results, especially in terms of the lockbar & detent tuning, the refinishing, and the factory sharpening (it’s actually kinda sharp!). They did a few extra things for me as well. As usual, the charge was only for return shipping, and it took about 6 weeks from the time I sent it to the time it arrived back home. I’m only mentioning this in the hopes that others considering a spa for their CRK will see that now may be a good time to go for it, while their service is on a roll, so to speak.

I’ve used CRK spa/customer service twice in the past. Yes, it takes several weeks, but each time has made me want to purchase another CR product.

They do an absolutely amazing job. I’ve sent two graphics in and both came back flawless. One was sold, but after getting the Stars and Stripes back and it looking brand new, well I just had to keep it for myself . You could tell it was used and I had every intention of selling it also, until it came back. Wish I’d took a before pic.
