Just out of curiousity, how long does it normally take to get a tune up from CRK?

I sent in a Sebenza Classic on August 10th that I picked up used and it needed to be checked out by the pros. Had some lateral blade play and a weak detent.

Any ideas on what a normal turnaround time is for the shop?

Mine took about 3 weeks. Best advice is just give Heather or Charmaine a call at CRK. They will give you a good estimate of time.

I think it depends on what was wrong with the knife and what needs to be done. Just give them a call to check up, they wont mind.
