Spa Treatment Confusion

I'm about to send in a Large Micarta 21 and Startac Umnumzaan for sharpening. On the CRK website there's a return form with instructions and it says "If you are sending a plain sandblasted folding knife we will re-sandblast the handle, and add a new lanyard at no extra cost. If you do NOT want one or both of these services please say so." Just above this statement it says under the price list "Return handle to original finish (not offered on inlaid knives) $30."

So, I'm confused. Is a refurbish free as part of the spa treatment or does it cost $30? Will they reblast my micarta handles (I seem to remember being told that they can even though they are inlaid)? I can give them a call tomorrow if nobody knows the answers but I don't want to bother them if someone here knows the answers.

Yes, they will reblast the Micarta. I just sent in an Insingo and there was no charge for reblasting. As of about 2 years ago, it wasn't standard and you had to pay.

Good question, I see why you were confused!

So the free Spa includes sharpening, lock tuning and a re-blast of the scales, oh and a lanyard? Is that everything?
