I just received my 0561 today. The jimping on the frame is nasty .
You peeps got any recommendation ? Send this to a maker/repair person to get it all polished up ?
Thanks.

I'm going to assume you mean the 561, since I couldn't find a 5601 existing. A common complaint is that the jimping is pretty harsh. ZT most likely can't do anything about it, though. Harsh jimping is characteristic of all of their Hinderer models. Best I can say is to round it off a little yourself with some cushioned files or sandpaper, or suck it up. Sorry I can't help more, but unless it is actually sharp (which is abnormal) the jumping is just not super well designed for a flipper model.

Thanks DKB. It's the 0561 indeed.
The jimping is a horrible design for this flipper indeed. The tip of my index finger gets buried there after flipping.
It had some rough edges too so I took it to my wheel brush grinder and ground the sides.
