spa treatment turnaround

hi what's the current turnaround time for the spa treatment and is Joe Houser still handling these? it's been a long time since I last sent some in for the treatment. thx

I'm guessing 4 to 6 weeks. Danny in service does the spa treatments. With over 40 years at Buck he has seen it all.

Right now about 3 weeks. We expect to get slammed when the states open back up over the next few weeks, so it might stretch out again.

thank you both for the response. just bought some new models since they are made with ebony again but have a 2 dot I will send in for the spa treatment

I sent in a beat up 110 that looked like it had been run over of a gravel road.Blade was worn and will not lock open. So this is part of the email I received Monday.
