Spalted Mango Hunting Bowie

Here's one I just finished up.
Wasn't sure what to call it so just calling it a hunting bowie. Seemed kinda fitting.

Got another on the bench I hope to have finished up soon that's a little bigger than this one.

We've got :
Blade : 1095 with Hamon - 6 7/8"
Fittings : Silicon Bronze with Nickel Silver Spacer
Handle : Stabilized Spalted Mango - 4 3/8"
Overall : 11 1/4"

I'm pleased with it, there's a few things that I'm still working on.
We'd had a long burn ban so I've been working on putting handles on some older blades I've had kicking about the work bench, and this is one of them.

Thoughts?

Hi Beau, nice knife. I have not seen you posting on the forums for a while now, I hope everything is ok with you. The little hunter I got off you a couple of years ago is still working real good!!
 
Rick, Glad to hear that hunter is still serving you well.
I'm quite active over on the Bladesmith's Forum, I kinda lurk here now and then and over on British Blades, I need to post this one and my last one over there. Hard to keep up on all the forums, I go on BB now and then to kinda catch up and see what's been posted.
But yeah, everything is going pretty well, I can always be reached through my website as well.
