It doesnt seem to turn as fast as brass and i think it has a better patina when it does. Im hoping is gone before i can find out:)

Looking Good! At least to me bronze is something that looks better with age. Do you have any idea as to what type of bronze it is?

No, It is from a place that went out of buisness and had a bunch of old stock.

Is one type better than another for our application?

Yes, but I don't kow which one, wither.
Nice knife.
And again, how did you texture it?

Great looking knife package Michael!

PS (drop me an email. I'm having trouble contacting you.)

looks great!

There are ways to get the bronze to age prematurely in order to "jumpstart" the patina. Might not be what you're looking for, but it's out there. Helps keep the tarnishing down.

If your not wanting it to tarnish aluminum bronze is the best but almost impossible to solder. JB works just fine with it. The nice thing about bronze for the most part it doesn't turn green but more of a dark brown in time on its own or most can be speed up except for aluminum bronze.

Just returned from a quick look-see at your site, Michael, and I was impressed with all I both saw and read. Do you attend Blade in Atlanta? If so, I look forward to some future-fondling in June! Keep up the excellent F&F!!!
