Spalted W2?

Not really. But you know me.
The idea we had was to make my customer a personal carry "Bowie" that he could carry in his home state and be legal at under 5 1/2".
He liked the Spalted Maple and then I talked him into some W2 with this result in mind.
I wanted the black lines induced around the hamon to "dance" with the spalting in the maple.
I even got some nice hamon display on the spine.
416 Stainless take-down assembly.
Perfect balance on this knife and should offer him many years of service.
