Hey, check out this crap. I just received this email:

To: [deleted to protect the victims from further email harvesting]

Date: Mon, 26 Sep 2005 07:15:11 +0000

Hi. I read your knives wanted post on www.bladeforums.com. I don't have the exact knife you wanted but I do have a new Gerber Harsey Air Ranger Folding Knife at a low price if you are interested.

You have to be a member to get email addresses here.

So if you can include the complete headers, it may be possible to find out this guy's IP address. Maybe.

It's nonbox. The same web site is in his profile.

If you ever post your email address in the body of a post like this:
"Email me offers at blahblah@blah.com"
people can run harvesting software to gather all those email addresses.

I've posted my address like that many times and get a lot of spam because of it. I usually don't sweat it, but this one SAID bladeforums, so I kind of had a feeling somebody was abusing their privlidges. ;)
