Actually I have been very impressed with the CUTCO kitchen knives that I have handled. Not everyone is a knife nut or wants to spend big bucks or 'mess with' their kitchen knives. I have two CUTCO knives and I use them often. On the other hand this looks REALLY close to canned meat product ( which is great with chesse and eggs but not online).
