We know that terrorist hate us, and this kind of speech is what we would expect of terrorist leaders trying to capitalize and 'spin' the midterm elections in the most favorable way for them.
At first glance, this seems to come from one of the known Jihadist/terrorist/pro Al-qaeda Websites, although the order of the excerpts do not match the order of the original speech. This may come from a secondary source. It's a translation of the speech by Shaykh Abu Hamza al-Muhajir from Nov. 7. It is a celebration of what the speech presents as 'Al-Qaeda's victory' as reflected in the midterm elections.
That been said, what is your point? why is this here and not in the political forum? What's the purpose of this thread, this been your very first post? With no context and no commentary what-so-ever, this seems to be pro Al-Qaeda spam.

I stand corrected, this does not seem to be pro Al-Qaeda spam. This IS pro Al-Qaeda spam. The same speech was posted in a completely unrelated thread on Damascus steel.
I understand all about freedom of speech, but if this is spam, it should be treated as any other spam. Moderators, consider banning this guy, or at least, explain to him 'the law of the land'.

I think in his own confused way the new member is trying to ask if he should go with Spyderco or Benchmade for his new EDC. Tough call....although I believe we would all agree that an upgrade from the rusty razor blade wrapped in Kleenex he carries in his front pocket should be replaced with something American made !
