OK, Gollnick, I just read about the reasons you posted about why not to post auction notices, but here's one that you, Dawkind, or anyone else doesn't have...

The price isn't too bad, and I sure want to see better pics when one of you balihogs get's it. I just can't afford it.

There is still a buy it now... I am in no way affiliated with the seller.:)

I want to see pictures!!!!!

P.S.

I thought this might be OK, since I would also like to discuss this knife. Bontgen & Sabin is a very early patent, and there are very few around, whereas people seem to still be pulling out mint condition Imada high hollow customs...
I know that Dawkind has some pictures that he wants to share.....

Too bad the blade has been sharpened so much. Chungsan has a very nice antique bali that has a ruler on metal handles........Pictures of an Imada High Hollow? How about that and a PC latchless custom bowie with insert handles and factory file-work?!? ;) You never know...........

Consider yourself spanked.

Now, for $55, that might be a reasonable buy, but it's not in good condition and going much higher than that, much less the $180 the seller wants, wouldn't be a very good buy. B&S balisongs aren't that uncommon.

no, pictures of your Bontgen&Sabin.
Didn't you have one with tortise shell inserts?

Or the stag with the lanyard ring?

I've only ever seen those two I think...

Boy that one is in good shape! I have two, but both look like they got hit by a Hummer. :( Sort of fun to have though! Nice picture!
